Car Free Day in Budapest Hungary 22 Sept. 2011

The Yoga in Daily Life followers have committed to the idea of protecting the environment, so of course YIDL Budapest every year is taking part in the "Car Free Day" as well.  In addition to publications and presentations, YIDL Budapest also gave a presentation of YIDL exercises in practice to interested adults and children. This year, in 2011, His Excellency Gauri Shankar Gupta, Ambassador of India to Hungary visited the YIDL tent.
