Recent Yoga in Daily Life sport success

The Győr-Moson-Sopron County Association of Yoga in Daily Life, Hungary is pleased to announce a recent sports success achieved at the European Dragon Boat Championship in Auronzo, Italy.

Melinda Krammer, an athlete who has been practicing according to the Yoga in Daily Life System for more than a year, has won a Gold Medal in the category of Standard Boat 2.000 Senior Women. As a helmswoman of the small boat (2.000 master + 40 woman) she led her team to win a further Bronze Medal at the race.

The champion stated that she gained the necessary staidness, concentration and tranquillity in the extremely competitive environment, through the regular practice of Yoga in Daily Life techniques. See:http://www.auronzo2015.eu/
