YIDL Tent at the Sziget Festival in Budapest

The Yoga in Daily Life System has been present at the Budapest Sziget Festival ("Island of Freedom") for more than ten years.

Sziget Festival is one of the biggest multicultural events of Europe, starting in 1993. This week-long event (10-17 August 2015) attracted almost 400,000 fans from over 70 countries to a beautiful island in the heart of Budapest.

At the YIDL Yoga Tent the "Islanders" could try the asanas, pranayams, relaxation, and meditation; and yoga teachers offered consultations on healthy lifestyle.
